Another one bites the dust!

The Blazers did it yet again at home! A total blowout 106 to 68...yes, you read that correctly. As the last ten seconds of the game were winding down - the speakers started blaring Queen's "Another One Bites The Dust". Hey - that's what I write in wedding cards! So far, the blazers have won all their home games! Knock on wood. Being the believers that we are, we splurged on season tickets. Actually we went thirds on a pair of season tickets. That's 15 games - plenty for me!

A blog is born!

What the? I can't believe I started a blog! I blame it partly on my inquisitive nature of knowing what others are up to and partly on my need to feed my ego. I used to be religious about keeping an "old fashioned" journal - the kind you write with a pen onto a notebook - but that turned out to be mostly a procrastination device to keep me from studying. Since I've been out of school for 10 years now, I haven't kept a journal in 10 years. This actually seems more fun!
